Big haul! Stilla, Lush, Nyx and more!

Hello and welcome back to my blog!
As some of you may know after my birthday I decided to go on a shopping rampage and I wanted to wait for all the parcels to arrive before I showed you them all some did take longer then expected as I was planning on posting this a week ago.

The first order I received was my ChiChi cosmetics order. I purchased this as they gave me 20% off for my birthday
I have to start by saying how cute is the packaging? Not only of the products but this box it came in!

First product we have is the Chi Chi lip liner in Nearly Nude
I will be featuring this in a future post on how to get fuller looking lips

Next thing I got was a Chi Chi baked eyeshadow in the shade 'Call Me' I'm so inlove with this eyeshadow! It's the perfect shimmery nude and even beautiful used as a highlighter!

Next is the Chi Chi long wearing eyebrow pencil in Taupe/ Blonde. I love this eyebrow pencil and will be doing a review and demo in a future post!

Next is the Chi Chi Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade Socialite. I am pretty disappointed though, I thought that this was going to be a very light pink nude when I purchased online and was shocked when I swatched it and it was bright pink! I still think it's absolutely beautiful though!
That concludes my Chi Chi order!

Next thing order that arrived was actually a gift from my friend Monique! She has a beauty Instagram which I will leave the name of at the end of this post!
How she came to sending me this was my local Kmart didn't sell the elf eyebrow kit and iherb was always sold out so she kindly offered to send me one and much to my surprise there was a whole gift inside for my birthday!
It's was so lovely of her, but she should be expecting a parcel in the near future!

Next order to arrive was my iherb order

The first thing I purchased was the elf cosmetics Baked Eyeshadow Palette in California.

The last thing I purchased from iherb was the Real Techniques Your Eyes Enhanced makeup brush set. I have absolutely been loving all the brushes in this set!

Next order to arrive was my Beauty Bay order, I was super super excited for this one!

I purchased the Stilla In the Know and the In The Light palette.
These are so so amazing, and I will be posting a look for each palette in future posts

The last of my orders to arrive was my Ozsale where I purchased some NYX stuff when they were having a 80% sale!

I purchased some of the single shadows and starting from the top going clockwise the shades are, Rust, Champagne, Barely There, True Taupe, Frosted Flake and Charcoal Brown.

I also got 2 long eye liners, although they say they are eyeBROW pencils they are Black and White. I also got a long lip pencil in Auburn.
I also got a Lip Pencil in Hot Red

Lastly I got two Lipsticks on the left is Decadent which is a deep red and Fig on the right which is a sheer bright pink.

From Fridays post you may know I went to Melbourne for a Napoleon Perdis event, beforehand I did some shopping and first off here is what I got from Lush

First thing I got was the BB Seaweed Fresh Face Mask,  this mask has nutritious seaweed, cleansing kaolin, antiseptic honey and rose absolute and is meant to cleanse, soften and beautify.
Suitable for all skin types and is 75g

Next purchase which is a lot of peoples favourite and it's the Bubblegum Lip Scrub. This is actually made from castor sugar and I think it would be easy to make some thing similar at home yourself.
25g

This one I was so excited to try when I saw it and it's the Shine So Bright Hair Balm For Split Ends, so like a lip balm but for your hair!
I think it's so cool and can't wait to try it out.
10g

Next purchase was the H'suan Wen Hua Hair Treatment. This is a protein treatment so more specifically for very dry and damaged hair. It has ingredients such as Eggs, Bananas, Avocado and Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Apply and leave in for 20 minutes before Shampooing and Conditioning
This purchase was actually for my boyfriend but I think I'll be able to get some uses out of this too. It's the Ultrabalm! It's main uses are Restoring, Soothing, Protecting, Relieving and Moisturising
I did read in their magazine you use this to flatten fly aways so your hair is some or to put your eyebrows into shape.
It really is a All Purpose Balm
45g

The last purchase was the Sweetie Pie Shower Jelly! They describe it as being a 'Party in a pot'
It has Cherries, Coconut, Jelly and Sparkles.
I'm so so excited to use this!
100g

Now what I purchased from Mecca Maxima

I purchased the Bare Minerals Concealer in 'Well Rested' I have already tried this out and I love it so much!
Next up is something I knew I was going to get no matter what is the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Vanilla.
It's the perfect shade for me and covers up everything I need covered, even my dark under eyes.

I did get two samples, first one on the left is a sample of the NARS Sheer Glow foundation, I also already tried this out and I know for sure I will be ordering the full size!
The next is a sample I got with my purchase and its the Dr. Brandt Face Cream

Napoleon Perdis Event!!

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. As some of you may know already last night me and 3 other beauty bloggers Shayley, Veronica and Monique went to a exclusive Napoleon Perdis event. The event included makeup demonstrations with products used from there limited addition Slim Aarons colour collection

The set comes in the bag shown in the picture on the left and inside is a Cream Highlighter in Champagne Days, Cream Lipstick in Entitled and a Matte Bronzer all also shown in the picture on the left.

These were all shown in the make up demonstrations and look amazing applied!

They also showed the new Two-Faced Eyeliner Duos in the shades (left to right) Society, Power and Privilege and they retail for $35AUD

This was the finished look on the beautiful model, Tatiana.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the amazing treats they had there for us, that lemon slice was to die for.

On arrival this is what our seats looked like! Underneath was a clip board and that had a form for our details and also 2 face charts of the looks that were being demonstrated. We got to keep these and received a blank one ourselves to create our own look.
On top was a stunning envelope satchel and the contents of that will be photographed below

Sheer Genius Liquid Foundation Sample in Look 2, Auto Pilot BBB Cream x2, Auto Pilot Radiance Boosting Mask, Long Black Mascara, Nail File, Luminous Lip Veil in VIP, Stroke of Genius Liquid Cashmere Foundation shade samples.

My first purchase of the night was this gorgeous bag which is now my new makeup bag. I got the Dove one, which includes a Pearly White Nail Polish and a Pearly White lip gloss.

The next two purchases are what I'm excited to use the most. On the top is the Auto Pilot Concealer primer, this is meant to prevent your concealer creasing under your eyes which I am completely prone too.
The next product I purchased is also for under the eyes and it's the Mighty Concealer Pen in Mellow Yellow which is meant to counteract and brighten under the eyes.

Because I spent a certain amount I qualified for a free gift. At first I only thought it was a big black bag, until I looked inside and saw these goodies.
Long Black Mascara, Auto Pilot Duet Makeup Remover, A very mini Luminous Lip Veil in Caramel Kiss, A very mini Devine Goddess Lipstick is Demeter and a Prismatic Eyeshadow Quad in Sandstorm

All together it was a really fun night but it was also very informative. I feel like going to these and watching makeup demonstrations, you learn something new because a lot of people do things differently.
If the opportunity arises for you to attend an event like this at Napoleon Perdis, take it!

I would also like to thank everyone who works at the Napoleon Perdis in David Jones on Bourke Street for organizing this and having me there. I had an amazing time and I'll definitely be wanting to come to the next one.

Super Easy Winged Liner and Red Lips!

Hello and welcome back to my blog!
I recreated a very simple winged liner and red lip look for today's post. From someone that sucks at winged I think I did pretty good.
If you would like to see a detailed, step by step post on doing the winged liner let me know!

The first step for my eyes was blending Buck from the Naked 1 Palette (top) into my crease with a fluffy brush and then patting it over my lid with my finger.
Secondly I took Dust from the Naked 3 Palette and patted that over Buck and blended it out
I then highlighted my brow bone and inner corner with Strange also from the Naked 3.

For the winged liner I used my Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner with my Real Techniques liner brush.
This is the most amazing brush to apply liner with, because it's quite longer them most it's easy to get a good straight line.
If you want to see a more in depth tutorial on how I do my winged liner let me know!

I pushed Creep from the Naked 1 Palette into my tight line and ran it over my bottom lash line.

I then applied one coat on the I love extreme mascara then another coat of the Benefit They're Real

I lined my lips with the Essence Lip Liner in Femme Fatale and filled them in and then went over that with Ruby Woo by MAC

For my base I used Stilla Stay all day and Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer!
I contoured with Hoola, used MAC MSF in Soft and Gentle and applied Elf blush is Tickled Pink.

  Finished look!

I really hope you enjoyed this very simple look!
If you have any requests please let me know!

June Beauty Favourites 2014

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I hope you all had a great weekend!
Today's post is my June Beauty Favourites, I was going to do my favourites of everything from shows and music, so if you want to see that let me know! Let's begin.

MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle
I feel back in love with this product this month! It's an absolute beautiful highlight for the cheekbones but I also love it all over the lid and on my Cupid's Bow!
If you haven't tried this I recommended you to jump on it! You won't be dissapointed.

MAC Lipstick in Snob
I got this for Christmas from my boyfriend and I wore it for a few weeks straight and then opted for other lipsticks, but again with this I fell back in love with it and it's been my everyday lipstick for this month!

elf cosmetics Eyebrow Kit in Ash and ChiChi Eyebrow Pencil in Blonde Taupe

These are both new products in my collection and I am obsessed with them both! They are both as equally as good, I get a more natural look from the elf kit and a bolder brow with the chichi pencil!
They are both ridiculously cheap and recommend them both!
The only problem is decided which one I want to use

Chi Chi Cosmetics Baked Eyeshadow in Call Me

I'm in love! Like my Mineralize Skin Finish I can wear this as a highlight and also amazing all over the lid! It's super pigmented, so if you are looking for some highly pigmented afforadble go and pick up some of these bad boys.

Zazi Minerals Brush
This brush is meant for apply their mineral foundation which it is good for but I tried it with my liquid foundation and it buffs it in flawlessly. I new favourite brush to apply my foundation.

Stilla Stay All Day Foundation in Bare
This is pretty new to my collection also, it gives me a flawless matte finish. It's been my absolute favourite and has taken over my benefit hello flawless, although I still love that one this has been my favourite this month.

Elf cosmetics High Definition Under Eye Setting Powder
Hands down best product for setting under my eyes. Under my eyes crease so easily and this helps them not to so much. It's also super brightening which is another plus for me!
This also is a ridiculously cheap product that's amazing!

MAC Pan Shadow in Naked Lunch
I placed this all over my lid a few weeks back and I was so amazed! It's so perfect. Although you can slightly see it's pink in the pan in comes off a lot more pink blended onto the lid.
Gorgeous everyday eyeshadow!

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Tough as Taupe
This is also a fairly new product in my collection. I bought this because I remembered seeing someone use it on their eyebrows so I noun I'd try it and, I was surprised that it actually looked good! But I've been using it for what it's meant for, a shadow. I love it blended through the crease and over the lid.

That's all for my June Beauty Favourites, and again if you are wanting to see my favourites in general like the shows I've been love to the music or even food! Let me know.
Let me know what your favourites are or if these were in you're favourites for June.
